A few weeks ago my niece had a baby girl. So of course I just had to make a quilt for the new baby.

One of my nieces has just had a baby so I made a pretty baby quilt for the baby.
I used the "June" pattern from Amanda Jean Nyberg's book, "No Scrap Left Behind". I've had the book for a few years and have always wanted to try that pattern. It felt good to be able to make if from fabrics I had on hand.

read moreI have emptied a project box with this finish. I finished flannel #2 his week. It feels so good to move another UFo to done. I finished flannel #1 last week as part rainbow scrap challenge at so scrappy.

read moreMy ufo # 2 and #3 for the rainbow scrap challenge at so scrappy was 2 pink flannel baby quilts. I didn't know, when I opened the box, if I had just collected the fabric, or, had it cut for what I needed. I saw labels on the fabric, so I was excited to learn it was already cut and ready to sew.
